Аннотация
Mazkur tadqiqotda Orolbo‘yi ekstremal ekotizimlaridan rekonstruksiya qilingan bakterial metagenomik yig‘ilgan genomlarda (MAG) azot almashinuvi bilan bog‘liq funksional genlarning tarqalishi qiyosiy genomik tahlil qilindi. Natijada atmosfera azotini fiksatsiyasi, nitratni qaytarish, DNRA hamda denitrifikatsiyaning ayrim bosqichlariga oid genlar faqat ayrim genomlarda aniqlanib, ularning notekis tarqalganligi kuzatildi. Shu bilan birga, to‘liq denitrifikatsiya (nosDZ), nitrifikatsiya va anammoks jarayonlariga oid genlar aniqlanmadi. Olingan natijalar Orolbo‘yi cho‘kindi mikrobiotasida azot almashinuvi asosan anaerob metabolik yo‘llar orqali amalga oshishini hamda ushbu jarayonlar mikroorganizmlar o‘rtasidagi funksional ixtisoslashuv asosida tashkil topganligini ko‘rsatadi

This study presents a comparative genomic analysis of nitrogen metabolism-related functional genes in bacterial metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) reconstructed from the extreme ecosystems of the Aral Sea region. Genes involved in atmospheric nitrogen fixation, nitrate reduction, dissimilatory nitrate reduction to ammonium (DNRA), and several steps of denitrification were detected only in a limited number of genomes, indicating their uneven distribution among the analyzed MAGs. In contrast, genes responsible for complete denitrification (nosDZ), nitrification, and anammox were not identified. These findings suggest that nitrogen cycling in the sediment microbiota of the Aral Sea region is mainly driven by anaerobic metabolic pathways and is based on functional specialization among different microbial populations
