Maqolada ruhiy kasalliklar epidemiologiyasining zamonaviy jahon tendensiyalarining tahliliy sharhi keltirilgan bo‘lib, unda jiddiy texnogen va ekologik yuklamaga ega hududlarga alohida e’tibor qaratilgan. Qoraqalpog‘iston Respublikasi (Janubiy Orolbo‘yi) misolida Orol dengizi ekologik halokatining aholi ruhiy salomatligiga kompleks ta’siri ko‘rib chiqilgan. Tuz-chang aerozollari va toksikantlar ta’siridan tortib, ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy stress va solastalgiya sindromigacha bo‘lgan asosiy xavf omillari tahlil qilindi. Somatik patologiya bilan chambarchas bog‘liq bo‘lgan chegara astenik, xavotirli-depressiv va somatoform buzilishlar ustunlik qiladigan kasallanish tuzilmasi ochib berilgan.

The article provides an analytical review of modern global trends in the epidemiology of mental disorders, with particular emphasis on regions with critical technogenic and environmental pressures. Using the Republic of Karakalpakstan (Southern Aral Sea region) as an example, the comprehensive impact of the Aral Sea ecological catastrophe on the mental health of the population was examined. Key risk factors were analyzed, ranging from exposure to salt-dust aerosols and toxicants to socio-economic stress and solasthalgia syndrome. The morbidity structure has been revealed, in which borderline asthenic, anxiety-depressive, and somatoform disorders predominate, which are closely linked to somatic pathology. Recommendations have been formulated for integrating medical and psychological assistance into the region's primary healthcare system
