Аннотация

Ushbu maqolada miokard infarktidan keyingi bemorlarda aerobik reabilitatsiyaning qayta miokard infarkti va gospitalizatsiya xavfiga ta’siri tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotda zamonaviy klinik yo‘riqnomalar, sistematik sharhlar, meta-tahlillar va randomizatsiyalangan tadqiqotlar asosida aerobik mashqlarga asoslangan kardioreabilitatsiyaning klinik samaradorligi baholandi. Adabiyotlar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatdiki, miokard infarktidan keyin muntazam va individual tanlangan aerobik reabilitatsiya bemorlarning funksional holatini yaxshilaydi, jismoniy yuklamaga chidamliligini oshiradi, yurak-qon tomir xavf omillarini kamaytiradi hamda qayta gospitalizatsiya ehtimolini pasaytiradi. Shuningdek, kompleks kardioreabilitatsiya dasturi tarkibida aerobik mashqlarning qo‘llanilishi qayta miokard infarkti xavfini kamaytirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega. Aerobik reabilitatsiya samarasi mashq intensivligi, davomiyligi, bemorning klinik holati va dori terapiyasiga rioya qilish darajasiga bog‘liq. Maqolada aerobik reabilitatsiyaning asosiy mexanizmlari, xavfsizlik jihatlari va klinik amaliyotdagi ahamiyati yoritilgan.

This article analyzes the effect of aerobic rehabilitation on the risk of recurrent myocardial infarction and hospitalization in patients after myocardial infarction. The clinical effectiveness of exercise-based cardiac rehabilitation was evaluated based on current clinical guidelines, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and randomized studies. Literature analysis showed that regular and individually prescribed aerobic rehabilitation after myocardial infarction improves patients’ functional status, increases exercise tolerance, reduces cardiovascular risk factors, and decreases the likelihood of rehospitalization. In addition, aerobic exercise as part of a comprehensive cardiac rehabilitation program plays an important role in reducing the risk of recurrent myocardial infarction. The effectiveness of aerobic rehabilitation depends on exercise intensity and duration, the patient’s clinical status, and adherence to pharmacological therapy. The article discusses the main mechanisms of aerobic rehabilitation, safety aspects, and its importance in clinical practice
