Abstract

Tezisda bo‘lajak shifokorlarning ilmiy izlanishga qiziqishini barqaror o‘quv motivatsiyasiga aylantirishning didaktik mexanizmlari o‘rganiladi. Tibbiy ta’limdagi motivatsiya bo‘yicha tadqiqotlar tahlili asosida klinik ahamiyatga ega savollarni tanlash, talabaga cheklangan tanlov erkinligini berish, kichik muvaffaqiyatlarni ko‘rsatish va konstruktiv teskari aloqa orqali ilmiy faoliyatga jalb etish modeli ishlab chiqildi. Unda ichki hamda tashqi motivlar o‘rtasidagi munosabat, tengdoshlar bilan hamkorlik va ilmiy faoliyatdagi qiyinchiliklarni yengishning pedagogik yo‘llari yoritiladi. Taklif etilgan model nazariy-metodik xususiyatga ega bo‘lib, uning natijadorligi empirik sinovga muhtoj.

This thesis examines the didactic mechanisms for transforming future physicians’ interest in scientific research into sustained learning motivation. Based on an analysis of studies on motivation in medical education, a model is developed to engage students in research activities through the selection of clinically relevant questions, providing students with a limited degree of autonomy in decision-making, highlighting small achievements, and offering constructive feedback. The model explores the relationship between intrinsic and extrinsic motivation, peer collaboration, and pedagogical approaches to overcoming challenges in research activities. The proposed model is theoretical and methodological in nature, and its effectiveness requires empirical validation.
