Annotatsiya

Tuproq sho‘rlanishi dunyo qishloq xo‘jaligida hosildorlikning pasayishiga olib keluvchi asosiy ekologik muammolardan biri hisoblanadi. Ayniqsa, sug‘oriladigan hududlarda ikkilamchi sho‘rlanish jarayonlarining kuchayishi agroekotizimlarning biologik faolligiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatmoqda. So‘nggi yillarda o‘simlik o‘sishini rag‘batlantiruvchi rizobakteriyalar (PGPR) sho‘rlanish stressini kamaytiruvchi ekologik xavfsiz biologik agent sifatida keng o‘rganilmoqda. Mazkur tahliliy maqolada sho‘rlangan tuproqlarda rizobakteriyalarning biologik roli, ularning o‘simliklarga ta’sir mexanizmlari, sho‘rlanishga qarshi fiziologik moslanishlari hamda qishloq xo‘jaligidagi amaliy ahamiyati xalqaro Scopus bazasidagi ilmiy maqolalar va mahalliy ilmiy manbalar asosida tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqotlar natijasida Halotolerant rizobakteriyalar o‘simliklarda fitogormonlar sintezini kuchaytirishi, antioksidant tizimni faollashtirishi, azot fiksatsiyasi va fosfor mobilizatsiyasini yaxshilashi aniqlangan. Shuningdek, bioo‘g‘it sifatida qo‘llanilgan PGPR preparatlarining sho‘rlangan tuproqlarda hosildorlikni oshirishdagi istiqbollari yoritilgan

В данной обзорной статье проанализированы биологическая роль ризобактерий в засоленных почвах, механизмы их воздействия на растения и биотехнологическое значение в сельском хозяйстве на основе международных научных публикаций, индексируемых в Scopus, а также местных научных источников

THE ROLE OF RHIZOBACTERIA IN SALINE SOILS AND THEIR BIOTECHNOLOGICAL IMPORTANCE IN AGRICULTURE

Soil salinity is one of the major environmental factors limiting agricultural productivity worldwide. In recent years, plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria (PGPR) have gained considerable attention as eco-friendly biological agents capable of mitigating salt stress in plants.
