Mazkur maqolada metakognitiv yondashuvning kreativ fikrlash jarayonlarini boshqarishdagi pedagogik asoslari nazariy-metodologik jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Bugungi ta’lim jarayonida talabalarning tayyor bilimlarni o‘zlashtirishi bilan bir qatorda, yangi g‘oyalarni ilgari surish, muammoli vaziyatlarga noodatiy yechim topish, o‘z fikrlash strategiyasini ongli boshqarish kompetensiyasi muhim ahamiyat kasb etmoqda. Metakognitiv yondashuv shaxsning “o‘z tafakkuri haqida tafakkur yuritishi”, ya’ni bilish jarayonlarini rejalashtirish, kuzatish, nazorat qilish va baholash mexanizmlarini o‘z ichiga oladi. Kreativ fikrlash esa muammoni turli nuqtai nazardan ko‘rish, original, moslashuvchan va samarali g‘oyalar ishlab chiqish qobiliyati sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Maqolada Flavell, Brown, Schraw, Guilford, Torrance, Sternberg, Amabile kabi olimlarning qarashlari asosida metakognitsiya va kreativ fikrlash o‘rtasidagi uzviy bog‘liqlik yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda nazariy tahlil, taqqoslash, umumlashtirish va pedagogik modellashtirish usullaridan foydalanildi. Natijada kreativ fikrlashni metakognitiv boshqarishning rejalashtirish, monitoring, refleksiya va baholashdan iborat pedagogik modeli asoslab berildi.
