This thesis analyzes the pedagogical features of developing students’ communicative competence in hospital education settings. It highlights the individual needs of students receiving education during long-term treatment, the possibilities for organizing communication activities, and the methodological significance of the communicative approach. Furthermore, the pedagogical conditions that contribute to the development of communicative competence in English language teaching at hospital schools are substantiated.
