Ushbu maqolada oziq-ovqat texnologiyasi yo'nalishida tahsil olayotgan talabalarning laboratoriya va amaliy mashg'ulotlarini tashkil etish hamda boshqarishni takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalar, jumladan, Teaching Factory, muammoli ta'lim (Problem-Based Learning) va peer-review metodlarining samaradorligi xalqaro tajribalar asosida yoritilgan. Shuningdek, laboratoriya menejmentining rejalashtirish, tashkil etish, nazorat qilish va baholash funksiyalari ilmiy dalillar bilan asoslangan. Maqolada ta'lim sifatini oshirish maqsadida amaliy tavsiyalar ham keltirilgan

В данной статье анализируются вопросы совершенствования организации и управления лабораторными и практическими занятиями студентов, обучающихся по направлению пищевых технологий. На основе международного опыта освещена эффективность современных педагогических технологий, в том числе Teaching Factory, проблемного обучения (Problem-Based Learning) и методов peer-review. Также научно обоснованы функции лабораторного менеджмента — планирование, организация, контроль и оценка. В статье приведены практические рекомендации, направленные на повышение качества образования

This article analyzes issues related to improving the organization and management of laboratory and practical training sessions for students majoring in food technology. The effectiveness of modern pedagogical technologies, including Teaching Factory, Problem-Based Learning, and peer-review methods, is examined based on international experience. Furthermore, the planning, organizing, controlling, and evaluating functions of laboratory management are substantiated with scientific evidence. The article also provides practical recommendations aimed at improving the quality of education
