Abstract
Mazkur maqolada sanoat korxonalarida Lean Manufacturing tizimlarini joriy etish natijasida boshqaruv samaradorligini kompleks baholashning ilmiy-uslubiy asoslari ishlab chiqilgan. Tadqiqotda Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) hamda sun'iy intellekt texnologiyalarining integratsiyalashgan holda qo'llanilishi boshqaruv samaradorligini baholashning yangi yondashuvi sifatida asoslangan. Muallif tomonidan korxonalarning boshqaruv samaradorligini kompleks baholash imkonini beruvchi LMEA (Lean Manufacturing–MES–ERP–Artificial Intelligence) integral modeli taklif etilgan. Model boshqaruv jarayonlarini raqamlashtirish, ishlab chiqarish samaradorligini oshirish, resurslardan foydalanishni optimallashtirish va strategik qarorlar sifatini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari sanoat korxonalarida raqamli transformatsiya sharoitida boshqaruv samaradorligini baholash metodologiyasini takomillashtirishga ilmiy-amaliy hissa qo'shadi.

В статье разработаны научно-методические основы комплексной оценки эффективности управления промышленными предприятиями при внедрении системы Lean Manufacturing. Предложена интегральная модель LMEA (Lean Manufacturing–MES–ERP–Artificial Intelligence), основанная на совместном использовании Lean-подходов, систем MES, ERP и технологий искусственного интеллекта. Обосновано, что применение предложенной модели позволяет объективно оценивать эффективность управления, уровень цифровой зрелости предприятия и результативность интеграции современных цифровых технологий. Полученные результаты могут быть использованы при совершенствовании системы управления промышленными предприятиями в условиях цифровой трансформации.

This paper develops a scientific and methodological framework for evaluating management efficiency in industrial enterprises implementing Lean Manufacturing systems. An integrated LMEA (Lean Manufacturing–MES–ERP–Artificial Intelligence) model is proposed, combining Lean principles, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Enterprise Resource Planning, and Artificial Intelligence technologies. The model enables a comprehensive assessment of management performance, digital maturity, and operational efficiency. The proposed approach contributes to improving management evaluation methodologies for industrial enterprises operating in the context of digital transformation and Industry 4.0.
