Abstract

Dastlab qaraganda, faoliyat va ijod bir-biriga zid tushunchalardek tuyuladi. Faoliyat ongli, rejalashtirilgan va maqsadga yo‘naltirilgan bo‘lsa, ijod ko‘pincha spontan, ongdan tashqari va tartibga solinmaydigan jarayon sifatida namoyon bo‘ladi. Ammo psixologik nuqtayi nazardan, inson ruhiy hayoti bu ikki jarayonning almashinuviga asoslanadi: faoliyat – ongli ijodning shakli, ijod esa ong osti energiyasining ifodasi. Shaxs ijodiy natijaga erishish uchun ongli faoliyatga kirishib, madaniyatning normativ asoslarini o‘zlashtirishi lozim. Aks holda, yaratilgan mahsulot madaniy jihatdan tushunarsiz bo‘ladi. Demak, ijodiy faollik faoliyat jarayonida shakllanadi va uning ichki mexanizmlaridan biridir. Ushbu maqolada kasbiy-pedagogik ijodkorlikning samarali rivojlanishiga ta’sir etuvchi pedagogik omillar haqida ma`lumotlar berilgan.
