Abstract

Innovatsion ta’lim muhiti bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarning kasbiy-pedagogik ijodkorligini rivojlantirishda muhim metodik omil sifatida namoyon bo‘lib, u faqat texnologik vositalar majmui emas, balki pedagogik, psixologik, didaktik va refleksiv omillarning o‘zaro uyg‘unlashgan yaxlit tizimini ifodalaydi. Bunday muhitda ta’lim jarayoni an’anaviy bilim uzatishga yo‘naltirilgan modeldan, talabaning shaxsiy tajribasi, ijodiy faolligi va kasbiy o‘sishini qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi subyekt-subyekt munosabatlariga asoslanadi. Ushbu maqolada yuqoridagi masalalar yuzasidan ilmiy mulohazalar yuritilgan.
