Abstract
Maqolada innovatsion ta’lim muhitining boʻlajak oʻqituvchilarda konvergent kompetensiyani shakllantirishga boʻlgan ta’siri va uning pedagogik-psixologik xususiyatlari tadqiq etilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida fanlararo bogʻliqlikni ta’minlash va talabalarda integrallashgan bilimlarni rivojlantirish muhim vazifalardan biri hisoblanadi. Tadqiqot jarayonida innovatsion ta’lim muhitining tarkibiy qismlari hamda ularning boʻlajak pedagoglarning konvergent fikrlash va muammolarga kompleks yondashish koʻnikmalarini shakllantirishdagi roli tahlil qilingan. Integrativ yondashuv asosida boʻlajak oʻqituvchilarning kasbiy tayyorgarligini oshirish boʻyicha metodik tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan hamda tajriba-sinov ishlari natijalari taklif etilgan metodikaning samaradorligini tasdiqladi.

В статье исследуется влияние инновационной образовательной среды на формирование конвергентной компетенции у будущих учителей, а также её педагогико-психологические особенности. Обеспечение междисциплинарных связей и развитие интегрированных знаний у студентов является одной из важнейших задач современной системы образования. В процессе исследования проанализированы компоненты инновационной образовательной среды и их роль в формировании у будущих педагогов навыков конвергентного мышления и комплексного подхода к решению задач. На основе интегративного подхода разработаны методические рекомендации по повышению профессиональной подготовки будущих учителей, а результаты опытно-экспериментальной работы подтвердили эффективность предложенной методики.

The article examines the influence of the innovative educational environment on the formation of convergent competence in future teachers, as well as its pedagogical and psychological characteristics. Ensuring interdisciplinary connections and developing integrated knowledge among students is one of the most important tasks of the modern education system. In the course of the research, the components of the innovative educational environment and their role in the formation of future educators' convergent thinking and integrated problem-solving skills were analyzed. Based on an integrative approach, methodological recommendations for improving the professional training of future teachers have been developed, and the results of the experimental work confirmed the effectiveness of the proposed methodology.
