Abstract

Ushbu tezisda bo‘lajak shifokorlarning amaliy mustaqilligini shakllantirishda pedagogik yordamni talabaning tayyorgarligiga moslashtirish va izchil kamaytirish mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Ilmiy manbalarni qiyosiy o‘rganish asosida dastlabki diagnostika, namoyish, yo‘naltirilgan bajarish, nazorat ostida mustaqil mashq va refleksiyaga tayangan metodik model taklif etiladi. Unda klinik xavfsizlik, ustozning kuzatuvi, individual teskari aloqa va mustaqil harakatga ruxsat berish mezonlari o‘zaro bog‘liq holda yoritiladi. Modelning imkoniyatlari hamda amaliy tekshiruvni talab qiladigan jihatlari muhokama qilinadi.

This thesis analyzes the mechanisms for adapting and gradually reducing pedagogical support according to students’ levels of preparedness in developing the practical independence of future physicians. Based on a comparative review of scientific literature, a methodological model is proposed that incorporates initial assessment, demonstration, guided practice, supervised independent practice, and reflection. The model highlights the interrelated criteria of clinical safety, instructor supervision, individualized feedback, and authorization for independent action. Its potential applications and aspects requiring further practical validation are also discussed.
