Mazkur ishda Al–Si–Cu tizimidagi ADC12 markali alyuminiy qotishmasining yuqori bosim ostida quyish sharoitida shakllanadigan mikrostrukturasi va mexanik xossalari tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot davomida qotishmaning kimyoviy tarkibi spektrometr yordamida aniqlanib, mikrostrukturasi optik mikroskopda o‘rganildi hamda Brinell usulida qattiqligi va mexanik ko‘rsatkichlari baholandi. Quyma jarayonidagi texnologik parametrlarning gaz g‘ovakligi, mikrog‘ovaklik, evtektik tuzilmalar va intermetall birikmalar shakllanishiga ta’siri ko‘rib chiqildi. Jarayon parametrlarini takomillashtirish natijasida makrog‘ovaklikning oldi olingani, mikrog‘ovaklik va ayrim intermetall birikmalar miqdori kamaygani hamda qotishmaning mexanik xossalari yaxshilangani ko‘rsatildi.
