Annotatsiya
Talabalik davri inson hayotida mustaqil ovqatlanish odatlari shakllanadigan muhim bosqichlardan biri hisoblanadi. O‘qish yuklamasi, vaqt tanqisligi, iqtisodiy imkoniyatlar, oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarining mavjudligi va ta’mga bo‘lgan individual munosabat ovqatlanish tartibiga ta’sir qiluvchi asosiy omillar sifatida qaraladi. Mazkur tadqiqotning maqsadi talabalar orasida ovqatlanish tartibi, ayrim oziq-ovqat mahsulotlarini iste’mol qilish chastotasi, ovqatlanish gigiyenasiga oid odatlar hamda sog‘lom ovqatlanishga to‘sqinlik qiluvchi omillarni o‘rganishdan iborat. Tadqiqotda 70 nafar talaba ishtirok etdi. Ma’lumotlar anonim so‘rovnoma yordamida yig‘ildi va tavsifiy statistik usulda tahlil qilindi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, respondentlarning 74,3 foizi har kuni nonushta qilishi aniqlangan. Shu bilan birga, faqat 20,0 foiz talabaning ovqatlanish vaqti deyarli har kuni bir xil bo‘lgan, 32,9 foizida esa ovqatlanish ko‘pincha yoki juda tartibsiz kechgan. Fast-food mahsulotlarini haftasiga kamida bir marta iste’mol qiluvchilar 42,9 foizni tashkil etdi. Meva va sabzavotlarni har kuni iste’mol qiladiganlar ulushi 40,0 foiz bo‘ldi. Sog‘lom ovqatlanishga asosiy to‘sqinlik qiluvchi omil sifatida vaqt yetishmasligini 75,7 foiz respondent qayd etdi. Olingan natijalar talabalarning ovqatlanish tartibida ijobiy gigiyenik odatlar bilan bir qatorda ovqatlanish vaqtining nomuntazamligi, fast-food va shirin ichimliklarni iste’mol qilish kabi muammolar mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi.

STUDENTS’ EATING PATTERNS AND FACTORS INFLUENCING THEM
The university period is an important stage in the formation of independent dietary habits. Academic workload, lack of time, economic conditions, food availability, and individual taste preferences may influence students’ eating patterns. The aim of this study was to assess eating patterns among students, the frequency of consumption of selected food products, basic food hygiene practices, and factors that hinder healthy eating. A total of 70 students participated in the study. Data were collected through an anonymous questionnaire and analyzed using descriptive statistical methods. The findings showed that 74.3% of respondents had breakfast every day. However, only 20.0% reported having meals at approximately the same time every day, while 32.9% reported that their eating pattern was often or very irregular. The proportion of students consuming fast food at least once a week was 42.9%. Daily consumption of fruits and vegetables was reported by 40.0% of participants. Lack of time was identified as the main barrier to healthy eating by 75.7% of respondents. The findings indicate that, alongside positive food hygiene practices, students demonstrate certain unfavorable dietary patterns, particularly irregular meal timing and the consumption of fast food and sugar-sweetened beverages.
