Mazkur maqolada sanoat korxonalarida Lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Execution System (MES), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) hamda sun’iy intellektga asoslangan boshqaruv tizimlarining integratsiyasi sharoitida boshqaruv samaradorligini oshirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan tadqiq etilgan. Zamonaviy sanoat ishlab chiqarishida raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlarining jadallashuvi boshqaruv tizimlarini yangi bosqichga olib chiqayotgani tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, Lean Manufacturing tamoyillarining MES va ERP platformalari bilan uyg‘unlashuvi natijasida ishlab chiqarish jarayonlarini real vaqt rejimida monitoring qilish, resurslardan oqilona foydalanish, boshqaruv qarorlarini optimallashtirish hamda sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalanish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijasida integratsiyalashgan boshqaruv modeli sanoat korxonalarining operatsion samaradorligi, raqobatbardoshligi va barqaror rivojlanishini ta’minlovchi muhim omillardan biri ekanligi asoslangan.
