Abstract

Mazkur tadqiqotda zanjabil (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) o'simligidan ajratilgan endofit bakteriyalarning o'simlik o'sishini rag'batlantiruvchi xususiyatlari va ularning gidroponik tizimda mikrobial biostimulyator sifatidagi samaradorligi baholandi. Endofit bakteriyalarning fosfatni eritish, siderofor hosil qilish va fitopatogen zamburug'larga qarshi antagonistik faolligi o'rganildi. Tadqiqot natijalari bakteriyalarning zanjabilning vegetativ o'sishi, ildiz tizimi rivojlanishi hamda biomassa to'planishini rag'batlantirishini ko'rsatdi

В данном исследовании была проведена оценка ростостимулирующих свойств эндофитных бактерий, выделенных из растения имбиря (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), а также их эффективности в качестве микробных биостимуляторов в условиях гидропонной системы. Изучены способность эндофитных бактерий к солюбилизации фосфатов, образованию сидерофоров и их антагонистическая активность в отношении фитопатогенных грибов. Результаты исследования показали, что применение данных бактерий способствует усилению вегетативного роста имбиря, развитию корневой системы и накоплению биомассы

In this study, the plant growth-promoting properties of endophytic bacteria isolated from ginger (Zingiber officinale Rosc.) and their effectiveness as microbial biostimulants in a hydroponic system were evaluated. The phosphate-solubilizing ability, siderophore production, and antagonistic activity of the endophytic bacteria against phytopathogenic fungi were investigated. The results demonstrated that these bacteria enhanced the vegetative growth of ginger, promoted root system development, and increased biomass accumulation
