Abstract
Maqolada VUCA-dunyo sharoitida o‘quvchilarning ta’lim jarayonidagi axloqiy dunyoqarashini rivojlantirishning psixologik-pedagogik asoslari yoritiladi. Volatility, uncertainty, complexity va ambiguity omillarining o‘quvchi qarorlariga, qadriyat tanloviga, ijtimoiy xulqiga hamda axborotni baholash jarayoniga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi. Axloqiy dunyoqarashni rivojlantirishda refleksiv fikrlash, axloqiy dilemma, media savodxonlik, dialogik ta’lim, hamkorlik va mas’uliyatli qaror qabul qilishning o‘rni asoslanadi. VUCA muhitida o‘quvchining barqaror qadriyatlar tizimini shakllantirishga qaratilgan amaliy pedagogik mexanizmlar taklif etiladi.

В статье рассматриваются психолого-педагогические основы развития нравственного мировоззрения учащихся в образовательном процессе в условиях VUCA-мира. Анализируется влияние факторов Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity и Ambiguity на принятие учащимися решений, выбор ценностей, социальное поведение и процесс оценки информации. Обосновывается роль рефлексивного мышления, нравственных дилемм, медиаграмотности, диалогического обучения, сотрудничества и ответственного принятия решений в развитии нравственного мировоззрения. Предлагаются практические педагогические механизмы, направленные на формирование устойчивой системы ценностей учащихся в условиях VUCA-среды.

The article examines the psychological and pedagogical foundations of developing students’ moral worldview in the educational process under the conditions of the VUCA world. It analyzes the influence of Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity, and Ambiguity on students’ decision-making, value choices, social behavior, and information evaluation processes. The role of reflective thinking, moral dilemmas, media literacy, dialogic learning, collaboration, and responsible decision-making in developing students’ moral worldview is substantiated. Practical pedagogical mechanisms aimed at developing a stable system of values among students in a VUCA environment are proposed.
