Abstract

Ushbu tezisda tibbiyot talabalarining amaliy tayyorgarligiga klinik ta’lim muhitining tashkiliy, ijtimoiy va didaktik xususiyatlari qanday ta’sir ko‘rsatishi tahlil qilinadi. Ilmiy manbalarni qiyosiy o‘rganish asosida klinik faoliyatga mazmunli jalb etish, xavfsiz muloqot, kafedra va davolash muassasasi hamkorligi, ustozning kasbiy namunasi hamda refleksiv teskari aloqani uyg‘unlashtiruvchi metodik yondashuv taklif qilinadi. Yondashuv talabaning amaliy vazifani bajarish imkoniyati va bemor xavfsizligi o‘rtasidagi muvozanatni saqlashga qaratilgan. Natijalar konseptual xususiyatga ega bo‘lib, ularning samaradorligi amaliy sinovda aniqlanishi lozim.

This thesis analyzes how the organizational, social, and didactic characteristics of the clinical learning environment influence the practical training of medical students. Based on a comparative review of scientific literature, a methodological approach is proposed that integrates meaningful student engagement in clinical activities, safe communication, cooperation between academic departments and healthcare institutions, professional role modeling by clinical mentors, and reflective feedback. The approach aims to maintain a balance between providing students with opportunities to perform practical tasks and ensuring patient safety. The findings are conceptual in nature, and the effectiveness of the proposed approach requires further practical validation.
