Abstract

Ushbu tezisda tibbiy biokimyo mashg‘ulotlarida bo‘lajak shifokorlarning preanalitik xatolarni aniqlash va oldini olish ko‘nikmalarini shakllantirishning pedagogik mexanizmlari tahlil qilinadi. Ilmiy manbalarni qiyosiy o‘rganish asosida laboratoriya tekshiruvlariga tayyorgarlik, biologik namunalarni olish, saqlash va tashish jarayonlaridagi xatolarni o‘rgatishga yo‘naltirilgan metodik yondashuv ishlab chiqildi. Unda muammoli klinik vaziyatlar, simulyatsion topshiriqlar, amaliy kuzatuv va refleksiv baholashning o‘zaro aloqadorligi asoslanadi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv diagnostik xatolar xavfini anglash hamda laboratoriya natijalarining ishonchliligini baholash ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirishga qaratilgan.

This thesis analyzes the pedagogical mechanisms for developing future physicians' skills in identifying and preventing preanalytical errors during medical biochemistry classes. Based on a comparative review of scientific sources, a methodological approach has been developed to teach students how to identify errors occurring during preparation for laboratory tests, as well as the collection, storage, and transportation of biological specimens. The interrelationship between problem-based clinical scenarios, simulation tasks, practical observation, and reflective assessment is substantiated. The proposed approach aims to develop skills in recognizing the risk of diagnostic errors and evaluating the reliability of laboratory test results.
