Abstract

Tarvuz global oziq-ovqat xavfsizligini ta’minlovchi asosiy ekinlardan biri hisoblanadi. Ushbu maqolada tarvuz poʻstlogʻida uchraydigan sitrullin moddasi va uning inson organizmiga taʼsiri haqida olib borilgan tadqiqotlardan qisqacha bayon qilindi. Sitrullin aminokislota sifatida qon aylanish tizimi faoliyatini yaxshilashi, qon tomirlarini kengaytirishi hamda organizmda azot oksidi hosil boʻlishini faollashtirishi bilan ahamiyatlidir. Tadqiqotlar natijasida sitrullinning yurak-qon tomir tizimi, mushak faoliyati, immunitet hamda umumiy metabolik jarayonlarga ijobiy taʼsiriga ega ekanligini tasdiqlaydi. Shuningdek, tarvuz poʻstlogʻidan tabiiy biofaol modda sifatida foydalanishning istiqbollari va uning oziq-ovqat hamda farmatsevtika sohalarida ham keng qo'llash imkonini beradi.

Арбуз считается одной из основных сельскохозяйственных культур, обеспечивающих глобальную продовольственную безопасность. В данной статье кратко представлены результаты исследований вещества цитруллина, содержащегося в арбузной корке, и его влияния на организм человека. Цитруллин как аминокислота имеет важное значение благодаря способности улучшать кровообращение, расширять кровеносные сосуды и активизировать выработку оксида азота в организме. Результаты исследований подтверждают положительное влияние цитруллина на сердечно-сосудистую систему, мышечную деятельность, иммунитет и общие метаболические процессы. Кроме того, использование арбузной корки в качестве природного биоактивного вещества открывает перспективы её широкого применения в пищевой и фармацевтической промышленности.

Watermelon is considered one of the main crops ensuring global food security. This article briefly describes studies conducted on citrulline found in watermelon rind and its effects on the human body. Citrulline, as an amino acid, is important for improving blood circulation, dilating blood vessels, and stimulating the production of nitric oxide in the body. Research results confirm that citrulline has positive effects on the cardiovascular system, muscle function, immunity, and overall metabolic processes. In addition, the use of watermelon rind as a natural bioactive substance offers promising prospects and provides wide application opportunities in the food and pharmaceutical industries.
