This thesis highlights the pedagogical and methodological foundations for the effective organization of students’ leisure time. It analyzes the issues of meaningful leisure planning, the development of time management skills, and the support of students’ personal and intellectual growth. The work also examines possible negative social consequences that may arise from the ineffective organization of free time. The necessity of introducing special courses, methodological guidelines, and institutional support mechanisms in higher education institutions aimed at the constructive organization of students’ leisure time is substantiated.
