Abstract
Maqolada semizlik (ortiqcha tana vazni va obezite) bilan bog‘liq bepushtlikning epidemiologik xususiyatlari ko‘rib chiqilgan. So‘nggi yillarda reproduktiv yoshdagi aholi orasida semizlik tarqalishining keskin o‘sishi va u bilan parallel ravishda bepushtlik chastotasining ko‘tarilishi global ahamiyatga ega muammoga aylangan. Ishda jahon va mintaqaviy darajadagi tarqalish ko‘rsatkichlari, tana massasi indeksi (TMI) bilan reproduktiv buzilishlar o‘rtasidagi miqdoriy bog‘liqlik, ayollar va erkaklar bepushtligining patofiziologik mexanizmlari hamda asosiy xavf omillari tahlil qilingan. Adabiyotlar tahlili shuni ko‘rsatadiki, TMI ortishi anovulyatsion bepushtlik xavfini sezilarli darajada oshiradi, spontan homiladorlik ehtimolini pasaytiradi va yordamchi reproduktiv texnologiyalar samaradorligini kamaytiradi. Xulosada profilaktik va davolash tadbirlarining yo‘nalishlari taklif etilgan.
