Abstract

Maqolada sanoat korxonalarining investitsion-innovatsion faoliyati samaradorligini oshirishda ilm-fan va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasining oʻrni tahlil qilingan. Integratsiyaning asosiy shakllari — texnologiyalar transferi, ilmiy ishlanmalarni tijoratlashtirish, oliy taʼlim muassasalari va korxonalar hamkorligi hamda innovatsion klasterlar koʻrib chiqilgan. Oʻzbekiston sharoitida ilm-fan va ishlab chiqarish integratsiyasini mustahkamlashga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.

The article analyses the role of science–production integration in improving the efficiency of the investment and innovation activity of industrial enterprises. The main forms of integration — technology transfer, commercialisation of scientific developments, university–enterprise cooperation, and innovation clusters — are examined. Practical recommendations for strengthening science–production integration in the conditions of Uzbekistan are developed.
