Abstract
Zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi insonlarning o‘zaro muloqot qilish imkoniyatlarini kengaytirgan bo‘lsa-da, yosh ota-onalar orasida yolg‘izlik muammosi dolzarbligicha qolmoqda. Mazkur maqolada yosh ota-onalar yolg‘izligining virtual dunyo bilan bog‘liqligi, ijtimoiy tarmoqlarning ijobiy va salbiy ta’siri, onlayn hamjamiyatlarning qo‘llab-quvvatlovchi roli hamda O‘zbekiston sharoitidagi o‘ziga xos jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot natijalari raqamli texnologiyalar yolg‘izlikning sababi emas, balki mavjud psixologik va ijtimoiy holatlarni kuchaytiruvchi omil ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.

Несмотря на стремительное развитие современных информационно-коммуникационных технологий, значительно расширивших возможности межличностного общения, проблема одиночества среди молодых родителей остается актуальной. В данной статье рассматривается взаимосвязь между родительским одиночеством и виртуальным миром, анализируются положительные и отрицательные последствия использования социальных сетей, поддерживающая роль онлайн-сообществ, а также особенности данного явления в условиях Узбекистана. Результаты исследования показывают, что цифровые технологии не являются непосредственной причиной одиночества, а выступают фактором, усиливающим уже существующие психологические и социальные состояния.

Although the rapid development of modern information and communication technologies has significantly expanded opportunities for interpersonal communication, loneliness among young parents remains a pressing social and psychological issue. This article examines the relationship between parental loneliness and the virtual world, focusing on the positive and negative effects of social media, the supportive role of online communities, and the specific characteristics of this phenomenon in the context of Uzbekistan. The findings suggest that digital technologies are not the direct cause of loneliness; rather, they function as amplifying factors that intensify existing psychological and social conditions.
