Abstract

Tezisda tibbiyot oliy ta’lim muassasalarida radiologiya fanini o‘qitish uchun raqamli pedagogik muhitni tashkil etishning tashkiliy-metodik shart-sharoitlari tahlil qilinadi. Ilmiy manbalar va xalqaro o‘quv tavsiyalari asosida o‘quv dasturi, tasvirlar kutubxonasi, o‘qituvchi tayyorgarligi, axborot xavfsizligi va sifat monitoringini birlashtiruvchi konseptual model taklif etiladi. Muhitning barqaror ishlashi texnik jihozlarning mavjudligidan tashqari, mas’uliyat taqsimoti, kontentni ekspertizadan o‘tkazish va talabalar faoliyatini izchil qo‘llab-quvvatlashga bog‘liqligi asoslanadi. Modelning amaliyotga joriy etish tartibi va tekshirish mezonlari yoritiladi.

This thesis analyzes the organizational and methodological conditions required to establish a digital pedagogical environment for teaching radiology in higher medical education institutions. Based on scientific literature and international educational recommendations, a conceptual model is proposed that integrates the curriculum, an image library, teacher training, information security, and quality monitoring. It is substantiated that the sustainable functioning of such an environment depends not only on the availability of technical equipment but also on the clear allocation of responsibilities, expert evaluation of educational content, and consistent support for student learning activities. The implementation procedures and evaluation criteria for the proposed model are also discussed.
