Abstract

Ushbu tezisda “Pedagogik mahorat” fanini o‘qitish jarayonida bo‘lajak boshlang‘ich ta’lim o‘qituvchilarining metakompetentligini rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari nazariy jihatdan asoslanadi. Metakompetentlik o‘z kasbiy bilimi va faoliyatini anglash, rejalashtirish, kuzatish, baholash hamda zarur vaziyatda qayta tashkil etish qobiliyati sifatida talqin qilinadi. Nazariy tahlil va pedagogik modellashtirish asosida muammoli vaziyatlar, mikrodarslar, refleksiv kundalik va mezonli o‘zaro baholashning didaktik vazifalari aniqlashtiriladi. Taklif etilgan yondashuv tajriba-sinov natijasi emas, balki amaliy tekshiruvga yo‘naltirilgan metodik taklifdir.

This thesis theoretically substantiates the possibilities of developing the metacompetence of prospective primary school teachers through the teaching of the course “Pedagogical Mastery.” Metacompetence is interpreted as the ability to understand, plan, monitor, evaluate, and, when necessary, reorganize one’s professional knowledge and activities. Based on theoretical analysis and pedagogical modelling, the didactic functions of problem-based situations, micro-lessons, reflective journals, and criteria-based peer assessment are clarified. The proposed approach is not an experimental research outcome but a methodological proposal aimed at practical validation.
