Abstract

Raqamli iqtisodiyot sharoitida zamonaviy axborot-kommunikatsiya texnologiyalarining jadal rivojlanishi iqtisodiyotning turli tarmoqlarida, xususan oliy ta’lim tizimida ham muhim o‘zgarishlarni yuzaga keltirmoqda. Mazkur maqolada oliy ta’lim muassasalarini boshqarishda raqamli texnologiyalarning o‘rni, ularning boshqaruv samaradorligiga ta’siri hamda universitetlar faoliyatini modernizatsiya qilishdagi ahamiyati tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda raqamli transformatsiya jarayonlari, zamonaviy boshqaruv yondashuvlari hamda sun’iy intellekt, katta ma’lumotlar (Big Data), bulutli texnologiyalar va raqamli platformalarning oliy ta’lim muassasalarida qo‘llanishi o‘rganilgan. Shuningdek, raqamli texnologiyalar yordamida boshqaruv qarorlarini qabul qilish jarayonini takomillashtirish, ta’lim sifatini oshirish hamda universitetlarning xalqaro raqobatbardoshligini kuchaytirish masalalari yoritilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli texnologiyalarni samarali joriy etish oliy ta’lim muassasalarida boshqaruv jarayonlarini optimallashtirish, resurslardan samarali foydalanish va ta’lim xizmatlari sifatini oshirish imkonini beradi. Shu bilan birga, raqamli boshqaruv tizimlarini rivojlantirish universitetlarning innovatsion rivojlanishini ta’minlash hamda ularning global ta’lim makonidagi o‘rnini mustahkamlashga xizmat qiladi.

In the context of the digital economy, the rapid development of modern information and communication technologies is leading to significant changes in various sectors of the economy, particularly in the higher education system. This article analyzes the role of digital technologies in the management of higher education institutions, their impact on management efficiency, and their importance in the modernization of university activities. The study examines the processes of digital transformation, modern management approaches, and the application of artificial intelligence, big data, cloud technologies, and digital platforms in higher education institutions. In addition, the article highlights issues related to improving the decision-making process through digital technologies, enhancing the quality of education, and strengthening the international competitiveness of universities. The research results indicate that the effective implementation of digital technologies makes it possible to optimize management processes in higher education institutions, ensure efficient use of resources, and improve the quality of educational services. At the same time, the development of digital management systems contributes to the innovative development of universities and strengthens their position in the global education space.
