Abstract

Ushbu maqola zamonaviy globallashuv sharoitida chet el universitetlarida tahsil olayotgan o'zbek migrant talabalarning identiklik inqirozini bartaraf etishga qaratilgan aksiologik-pedagogik yondashuvni ilmiy asoslashga bag'ishlangan. Tadqiqot shuni ko'rsatadiki, yangi madaniy muhitga kirgan talabalar ko'pincha "qadriyatlar kolliziyasi" — ya'ni ona yurtidan olib kelgan milliy-ma'naviy qadriyatlar va qabul qiluvchi jamiyatning liberal-universal normalar tizimi o'rtasidagi ziddiyat — fenomenini boshdan kechiradilar. Maqolada identiklik muvozanati tushunchasi ikki qutbli model sifatida tahlil etiladi: bir tomonda O'zbekiston milliy qadriyatlari (vatanparvarlik, mehr-oqibat, ma'naviyat, oila muqaddasligi, kattalarni hurmat qilish) joylashgan bo'lsa, ikkinchi tomonda universal insoniy qadriyatlar (tenglik, adolat, bag'rikenglik, tanqidiy tafakkur, shaxs erkinligi) turadi. Muallif bu ikki qutbni qarama-qarshi emas, balki bir-birini boyituvchi, uyg'unlashtirilishi mumkin bo'lgan tizimlar sifatida ko'rib chiqadi. Tadqiqotning nazariy asosini M. Rokichning qadriyatlar ierarxiyasi nazariyasi, E. Eriksonning psixosotsal identiklik konsepsiyasi, J. Berryning akkultturatsiya modeli va S. Xantingtonning sivilizatsiyalar muloqoti g'oyalari tashkil etadi. O'zbek pedagogikasi nuqtai nazaridan esa A. Avloniyning ma'naviy tarbiya an'analari, shuningdek, prezident I. Mirziyoyevning "Yangi O'zbekiston" konsepsiyasidagi qadriyatlar tizimi metodologik zamin bo'lib xizmat qiladi. Empirik qism 2021–2024 yillarda Rossiya, Turkiya, Janubiy Koreya va Germaniyada tahsil olayotgan 340 nafar o'zbek talabasini qamrab olgan sifatli va miqdoriy tadqiqot natijalariga tayanadi. Chuqur intervyu, fokus-guruh va anketa usullari orqali to'plangan ma'lumotlar shuni ko'rsatadiki, respondentlarning 67,4% identiklik muvozanatida qiyinchilik his qiladi; 42,1% esa milliy qadriyatlarini yashirishga majbur bo'lishganini ta'kidlaydi.

This article is devoted to the scientific substantiation of the axiological-pedagogical approach aimed at overcoming the identity crisis of Uzbek migrant students studying at foreign universities in the conditions of modern globalization. The study shows that students who enter a new cultural environment often experience the phenomenon of "collision of values" - that is, a conflict between the national-spiritual values brought from their homeland and the system of liberal-universal norms of the host society. The article analyzes the concept of identity balance as a two-polar model: on one side are the national values of Uzbekistan (patriotism, kindness, spirituality, sanctity of the family, respect for elders), and on the other side are universal human values (equality, justice, tolerance, critical thinking, personal freedom). The author considers these two poles not as opposing, but as mutually enriching, compatible systems. The theoretical basis of the study is M. Rokich's theory of the hierarchy of values, E. Erikson's concept of psychosocial identity, J. Berry's acculturation model, and S. Huntington's ideas of the dialogue of civilizations. From the point of view of Uzbek pedagogy, the traditions of spiritual education of A. Avloni, as well as the system of values in the concept of "New Uzbekistan" of President I. Mirziyoyev, serve as a methodological basis. The empirical part is based on the results of a qualitative and quantitative study covering 340 Uzbek students studying in Russia, Turkey, South Korea, and Germany in 2021–2024. Data collected through in-depth interviews, focus groups, and questionnaires show that 67.4% of respondents experience difficulty in identity balance; 42.1% emphasize that they are forced to hide their national values.
