Abstract

Global mehnat va taʼlim migratsiyasi sharoitida maktab va oliy taʼlim muassasalarida keltirilgan migrant talabalar identikligi (shaxsiy va ijtimoiy o‘zini tan olish) shakllanishi murakkab va ko‘p omilli jarayon boʻlib, bu jarayonni taʼsirlaydigan strateгiyalar — assimilyatsiya, segregatsiya, integratsiya va marginalizatsiya — pedagogik siyosat va amaliyotda turlicha natijalar keltiradi. Maqola ushbu strategiyalarni nazariy jihatdan taʼriflab, ularning taʼlim muhitidagi mexanizmlari va natijalarini empirik hamda nazariy manbalar asosida qiyoslaydi.

In the context of global labor and educational migration, the formation of migrant student identity (personal and social self-recognition) in schools and higher education institutions is a complex, multifactorial process; the strategies influencing this process—assimilation, segregation, integration, and marginalization—yield varying outcomes in pedagogical policy and practice. This article provides a theoretical definition of these strategies and compares their mechanisms and consequences within the educational environment, drawing on both empirical and theoretical sources.
