Abstract
Ushbu maqolada boshlang‘ich sinf o‘quvchilarida matn asosida xulosa chiqarish ko‘nikmasini rivojlantirishning metodik, pedagogik va psixologik asoslari yoritilgan. Unda matn bilan ishlash jarayonida o‘quvchilarning mustaqil fikrlashi, sabab-oqibat munosabatlarini anglash, yashirin ma’nolarni aniqlash va umumlashtirilgan xulosaga kelish qobiliyatini shakllantirishga xizmat qiluvchi metod hamda usullar tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, PIRLS xalqaro baholash dasturi talablari, innovatsion yondashuvlar, interfaol metodlar va zamonaviy pedagogik texnologiyalardan foydalanish imkoniyatlari asoslab berilgan.

В данной статье освещаются методические, педагогические и психологические основы развития у учащихся начальных классов навыка формулирования выводов на основе текста. В ней проанализированы методы и приёмы, способствующие формированию самостоятельного мышления учащихся, пониманию причинно-следственных связей, выявлению скрытых смыслов и развитию способности приходить к обобщённым выводам в процессе работы с текстом. Также обоснованы требования международной программы оценки PIRLS, возможности применения инновационных подходов, интерактивных методов и современных педагогических технологий

This article explores the methodological, pedagogical, and psychological foundations for developing primary school pupils’ ability to draw conclusions based on a text. It analyzes methods and techniques that contribute to the development of pupils’ independent thinking, understanding of cause-and-effect relationships, identification of implicit meanings, and ability to formulate generalized conclusions in the process of working with a text. The article also substantiates the requirements of the PIRLS international assessment program, as well as the possibilities of applying innovative approaches, interactive methods, and modern pedagogical technologies.
