Abstract

Ushbu tezisda tibbiyot oliy ta’lim muassasalarida fundamental va klinik fanlarni o‘zaro bog‘lash orqali talabalarning klinik tafakkurini rivojlantirish metodikasi tadqiq etiladi. Ilmiy manbalarni qiyosiy tahlil qilish va didaktik modellashtirish asosida klinik vaziyatga yo‘naltirilgan integrativ mashg‘ulotlarning mazmuni, pedagogik shart-sharoitlari, bosqichma-bosqich murakkablashuvchi topshiriqlari hamda baholash ko‘rsatkichlari aniqlashtiriladi. Taklif etilayotgan metodika sabab-oqibat bog‘lanishlarini tushuntirish, muqobil diagnostik taxminlarni solishtirish va klinik noaniqlik sharoitida qarorlarni asoslashga qaratilgan. Olingan nazariy-metodik natijalarning amaliy ahamiyati va ularni empirik tekshirish istiqbollari yoritiladi.

This thesis examines a methodology for developing clinical reasoning among medical students by integrating basic and clinical sciences. Based on a comparative analysis of scientific sources and didactic modeling, the study identifies the content of clinical case-based integrative sessions, the pedagogical conditions for their implementation, progressively challenging tasks, and assessment indicators. The proposed methodology aims to develop students’ ability to explain cause-and-effect relationships, compare alternative diagnostic hypotheses, and justify decisions under conditions of clinical uncertainty. The practical significance of the theoretical and methodological findings and prospects for their empirical validation are also discussed.
