Abstract

Maqolada 5–6-sinf o‘quvchilarining jismoniy sifatlarini somatotip xususiyatlariga mos differensial yondashuv asosida rivojlantirish imkoniyatlari yoritilgan. Muallif tomonidan ektomorf, mezomorf va endomorf somatotipdagi o‘quvchilar uchun individuallashtirilgan jismoniy mashqlar komplekslari ishlab chiqilib, ilmiy jihatdan asoslangan. Tadqiqot natijalariga ko‘ra, somatotiplarni hisobga olib tashkil etilgan mashg‘ulotlar o‘quvchilarning jismoniy sifatlarini rivojlantirish samaradorligini sezilarli darajada oshiradi va sog‘lom turmush tarzini shakllantirishga xizmat qiladi.

В статье рассматриваются возможности дифференцированного подхода к развитию физических качеств учащихся 5–6 классов с учётом их соматотипов. Авторами разработаны и научно обоснованы комплексы физических упражнений для учащихся эктоморфного, мезоморфного и эндоморфного типов телосложения. Результаты исследования показали, что использование индивидуализированных программ тренировок с учётом соматотипов значительно повышает эффективность физического воспитания, улучшает показатели физических качеств учащихся и способствует формированию здорового образа жизни

The article explores the possibilities of developing physical qualities in students of grades 5–6 using a differentiated approach based on their somatotypes. The authors developed and scientifically substantiated sets of physical exercises tailored to ectomorphic, mesomorphic, and endomorphic body types. The results of the study demonstrated that the implementation of individualized training programs considering students' somatotypes significantly increases the effectiveness of physical education, improves students' physical fitness indicators, and promotes the formation of a healthy lifestyle.
