This Republican Scientific and Practical Conference was held on May 20, 2026, at the initiative of the Department of Philosophy and History of Namangan State Pedagogical Institute, in accordance with the 2026 Plan of International Scientific and Scientific-Technical Events, approved by Appendix No. 1 to Order No. 11 of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, dated January 16, 2026.

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bugungi zamonaviy dunyoda pedagog imijining mazmuni, tarkibiy qismlari va ta’lim-tarbiya jarayonidagi ahamiyati ijtimoiy-pedagogik nuqtayi nazardan tahlil qilinadi. Pedagog imiji faqat tashqi ko‘rinish bilan cheklanmasligi, balki kasbiy kompetensiya, axloqiy mas’uliyat, kommunikativ madaniyat, raqamli savodxonlik, innovatsion fikrlash va shaxsiy namuna bilan uyg‘un holda shakllanishi asoslanadi. Maqolada pedagog maqomining huquqiy mustahkamlanishi, xalqaro tajribada o‘qituvchi nufuzi va zamonaviy ta’limda pedagogga qo‘yilayotgan yangi talablar yoritiladi.

В статье рассматриваются содержание, структурные компоненты и социально-педагогическое значение имиджа педагога в современном мире. Подчеркивается, что имидж педагога определяется не только внешним видом, но и профессиональной компетентностью, нравственной ответственностью, культурой общения, цифровой грамотностью, инновационным мышлением и личным примером. Также анализируются правовые основы статуса педагога, международные подходы к престижу учительской профессии и новые требования современного образования.

This article examines the meaning, components and socio-pedagogical significance of the teacher’s image in the modern world. It emphasizes that the teacher’s image is determined not only by appearance, but also by professional competence, ethical responsibility, communication culture, digital literacy, innovative thinking and personal example. The article also discusses the legal basis of the teacher’s status, international approaches to the prestige of the teaching profession and new requirements of modern education.
