Abstract

Polikarboksilatlarning plastifikatsiyalovchi ta’siri sulfomelanin, sulfolangan naftalin formaldegid yoki lignosulfonatlarga nisbatan 3-4 marta uzoqroq davom etadi. Polikarboksilatli superplastifikatorlarning sulfatlangan naftalin formaldegid va lignosulfonatlar hamda boshqa analoglar asosidagi superplastifikatorlardan ustunligi ularning asosiy ko‘rsatkichlari bilan yaqqol namoyon bo‘ladi. Bu nafaqat dastlabki bosqichlarda beton qorishmasining qo‘zg‘aluvchanligini oshirishga imkon beradi, balki uni uzoq vaqt saqlashga ham yordam beradi. Bu esa, o‘z navbatida, beton qorishmalarini zavodlardan qurilish maydonchalarigacha tashish vaqtini uzaytirish orqali ijobiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi

The plasticizing effect of polycarboxylates lasts 3-4 times longer compared to sulfomelanin, sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde, or lignosulfonates. The superiority of polycarboxylate superplasticizers over superplasticizers based on sulfonated naphthalene formaldehyde and lignosulfonates, as well as other analogues, is clearly demonstrated by their main performance indicators. This not only allows for an increase in the workability of the concrete mix in the initial stages but also helps maintain it for an extended period. This, in turn, has a positive impact by extending the transportation time of concrete mixes from plants to construction sites
