В современную цифровую эпоху стремительное развитие информационно-коммуникационных технологий проникло во все сферы человеческой жизни, радикально изменив отношения между индивидом, обществом и государством. В контексте трансформации средств массовой информации в цифровые платформы, широкого распространения социальных сетей, развития искусственного интеллекта и биосенсорных технологий студенты становятся не только потребителями информации, но и её создателями, распространителями и критическими оценщиками. В таких условиях формирование у студентов комплексной компетенции в критическом восприятии информации, понимании онтологических и эпистемологических основ медиапродуктов и формировании духовного иммунитета к чуждым идеологическим влияниям через средства массовой информации – то есть развитие медиафилософской культуры – стало одной из приоритетных задач современной системы высшего образования. В статье анализируется стремительное развитие современных цифровых информационно-коммуникационных технологий с социально-исторической точки зрения.

In the modern digital age, the rapid development of information and communication technologies has penetrated into all spheres of human life, radically changing the relationship between the individual, society and the state. In the context of the transformation of mass media into digital platforms, the widespread use of social networks, the development of artificial intelligence and biosensor technologies, students are emerging not only as consumers of information, but also as its creators, distributors and critical evaluators. In such conditions, the formation of students' complex competence in critical perception of information, understanding the ontological and epistemological foundations of media products, and the formation of spiritual immunity against alien ideological influences through the media - that is, the development of media-philosophical culture - has become one of the priority tasks of today's higher education system. The article analyzes the rapid development of modern digital information and communication technologies from a socio-historical perspective.
