Abstract

Mazkur maqolada Amir Temur siymosining G‘arb tarixshunosligida o‘rganilishi, uning tarixiy shaxs sifatida baholanish jarayoni hamda turli davrlardagi talqinlari tahlil qilinadi. G‘arb olimlari tomonidan yaratilgan asarlar asosida Temur shaxsining harbiy sarkarda, davlat arbobi va siyosiy strateg sifatida yoritilishi ilmiy jihatdan ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shuningdek, maqolada Temur haqidagi qarashlarning evolyutsiyasi, manbaviy asoslari va zamonaviy talqinlari ochib beriladi.

В данной статье анализируется изучение личности Амира Темура в западной историографии, процесс его оценки как исторической личности, а также интерпретации в различные исторические периоды. На основе трудов западных учёных рассматривается освещение Темура как военачальника, государственного деятеля и политического стратега. Кроме того, в статье раскрываются эволюция взглядов на Темура, их источниковая база и современные интерпретации.

INTERPRETATION AND EVOLUTION OF AMIR TEMUR’S IMAGE IN WESTERN HISTORIOGRAPHY

This article analyzes the study of Amir Temur’s figure in Western historiography, the process of his evaluation as a historical personality, and interpretations across different historical periods. Based on the works of Western scholars, the article examines the representation of Temur as a military commander, statesman, and political strategist.
