Annotatsiya
Tezisda 12–14 yoshli o‘quvchilarning jismoniy tarbiya darslarida neyromuskulyar mashqlarni qo‘llashga doir tashkiliy-metodik shartlar yoritiladi. Ilmiy adabiyotlar tahlili asosida darsni tashkil etish, mashqlarni individual me’yorlash, bosqichma-bosqich murakkablashtirish va pedagogik nazoratni amalga oshirish bo‘yicha tavsiyalar beriladi.
